About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Operational responsibility for HR processes, from contract management to the employee lifecycle
- Primary point of contact for employees, external payroll provider, and internal stakeholders
- Create, maintain, and manage employment contracts, contract amendments, and personnel files
- Coordinate the monthly collaboration with the external payroll provider
- Operational management of onboarding and offboarding as well as performance cycles across all teams
- Administration of employee benefits and employee support
- Continuous maintenance and development of HR systems (including Personio)
- Identify opportunities to optimize existing HR processes
- Actively drive the automation of recurring tasks, including with AI-supported tools
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed commercial vocational training or a degree with a focus on HR, business administration, or equivalent
- 2–4 years of professional experience in HR Operations or a comparable operational HR role
- Confident use of tools such as Personio, Asana, Google Workspace, and Slack
- Interest in using AI-supported tools for process automation
- Solid knowledge of contract management, personnel data maintenance, and collaboration with external payroll providers
- Experience in the operational management of employee lifecycle processes (on-/offboarding, performance cycles)
- Ability to work in a structured and careful manner across many parallel topics and tight deadlines
- Discretion and a trustworthy approach to handling sensitive personnel data are a given
