About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ownership & objectives: Act as the driving force behind Rosental's data-driven growth
- Create transparency across all business areas
- Translate numbers into clear decisions
- Build the Data & Insights nervous system
- Develop dashboards and visualizations (Power BI, Looker, or Tableau)
- Deliver business insights and actionable recommendations in close collaboration with Brand, D2C and Retail leads
- Establish automated reporting and insights processes
- Support forecasting and performance management with consistent, relevant data
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–5 years of experience in Data Analytics, BI, or Analytics Engineering
- Proficiency with BI tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau)
- Strong understanding of KPIs and business context
- Proficient in SQL and experienced working with databases, Excel/Google Sheets, and ERP, Shopify or Amazon data
- Proven track record of building or scaling reporting and KPI frameworks
- Clear, audience-appropriate communication of insights—from specialist teams to founder level
- Ability to bring structure to complex issues
- Ownership of data quality, processes and outcomes, and a strong growth mindset
