About the role
- Responsibility for customer acquisition, field sales and revenue growth in the B2B sector.
- Identify and onboard new trade/retail partners.
- Lead contract negotiations through to closing.
- Manage orders, shipping documents and master data maintenance.
- Communicate with other departments and external partners.
- Support existing accounts and strategically develop customer relationships.
- Plan and execute POS and promotional activities in coordination with Marketing.
- Maintain the sales pipeline and prepare forecasts based on KPIs.
- Analyze market and competitor developments to identify new growth opportunities.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in active B2B sales or account management.
- Demonstrable success in acquiring new customers or growing existing accounts.
- Independently conduct sales meetings and negotiate contracts.
- Negotiation-level German and at least very good English skills.
- Structured working style with experience in forecasting and sales reporting.
- Confident use of digital tools (Google Workspace, CRM, BI/dashboards, Asana, Notion).
