About the role

  • Responsibility for customer acquisition, field sales and revenue growth in the B2B sector.
  • Identify and onboard new trade/retail partners.
  • Lead contract negotiations through to closing.
  • Manage orders, shipping documents and master data maintenance.
  • Communicate with other departments and external partners.
  • Support existing accounts and strategically develop customer relationships.
  • Plan and execute POS and promotional activities in coordination with Marketing.
  • Maintain the sales pipeline and prepare forecasts based on KPIs.
  • Analyze market and competitor developments to identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in active B2B sales or account management.
  • Demonstrable success in acquiring new customers or growing existing accounts.
  • Independently conduct sales meetings and negotiate contracts.
  • Negotiation-level German and at least very good English skills.
  • Structured working style with experience in forecasting and sales reporting.
  • Confident use of digital tools (Google Workspace, CRM, BI/dashboards, Asana, Notion).
