About the role
- As a Working Student (m/f/d) on Rosental’s Influencer Marketing and Affiliate team, you are the organizational backbone of our affiliate program.
- You ensure clean processes, manage partnerships in day-to-day operations, and help sustainably grow our brand’s reach and performance.
- You screen new affiliate applications, set up partnerships in our systems (including Upfluence), and keep all data clean and up to date.
- You create discount codes, ensure correct tracking, and maintain accurate attribution of affiliates.
- You maintain affiliate databases (primarily Google Sheets) in a structured, reliable, and detail-oriented manner.
- You source new affiliate influencers and manage smaller profiles in the ongoing daily business.
Requirements
- You work in a highly structured, reliable, and independent manner and appreciate clear to-do lists.
- You communicate quickly, politely, and professionally when interacting with affiliates and influencers.
- You have an interest in influencer, affiliate, or performance marketing and ideally some initial hands-on experience.
- You are numbers- and detail-oriented, confident with Google Sheets, and quick to learn new tools.
