About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Managing project budgets, projecting, and tracking resource needs
  • Identifying variances in scope and assisting in corrective actions
  • Work with the Director, Engineering Team Lead, and/or design team
  • Assist in preparing complete estimates for projects
  • Track proposal status and provide overall business management support
  • Gather and distribute new project information
  • Set up new projects with trackers for budgets and action items
  • Coordinate with project PM and cost accounting
  • Ensure project timelines are communicated and adhered to
  • Prepare and submit change orders in a timely manner
  • Maintain and submit project EPCO Logs and Budget Tracking Reports
  • Schedule and facilitate project and team meetings
  • Assist in hiring and onboarding new employees

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3-5+ years of experience within the construction industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in (Finance, Construction Management, Engineering) or related field
  • Proficient in using a computer. Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.); Oracle experience a plus
  • Experience and/or knowledge in finance, scheduling, management, engineering preferred
