About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Managing project budgets, projecting, and tracking resource needs
- Identifying variances in scope and assisting in corrective actions
- Work with the Director, Engineering Team Lead, and/or design team
- Assist in preparing complete estimates for projects
- Track proposal status and provide overall business management support
- Gather and distribute new project information
- Set up new projects with trackers for budgets and action items
- Coordinate with project PM and cost accounting
- Ensure project timelines are communicated and adhered to
- Prepare and submit change orders in a timely manner
- Maintain and submit project EPCO Logs and Budget Tracking Reports
- Schedule and facilitate project and team meetings
- Assist in hiring and onboarding new employees
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3-5+ years of experience within the construction industry
- Bachelor’s degree in (Finance, Construction Management, Engineering) or related field
- Proficient in using a computer. Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.); Oracle experience a plus
- Experience and/or knowledge in finance, scheduling, management, engineering preferred
