About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate and support the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires
- Manage I-9 documentation, E-Verify submissions, and onboarding compliance tasks
- Schedule and track benefits orientation sessions
- Process routine employee data updates in Workday
- Provide first-line support for employee benefits questions
- Serve as first-line intake for the HR helpline and ServiceNow tickets
- Support training assignment coordination and scheduling logistics
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–2 years of experience in an HR, administrative, or coordinator role
- Strong organizational skills and follow-through
- Experience with Workday HCM or a similar HRIS
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and SharePoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of discretion when handling confidential employee information
- Familiarity with I-9 and E-Verify compliance preferred
- Associate's degree preferred
