About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate and support the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires
  • Manage I-9 documentation, E-Verify submissions, and onboarding compliance tasks
  • Schedule and track benefits orientation sessions
  • Process routine employee data updates in Workday
  • Provide first-line support for employee benefits questions
  • Serve as first-line intake for the HR helpline and ServiceNow tickets
  • Support training assignment coordination and scheduling logistics

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1–2 years of experience in an HR, administrative, or coordinator role
  • Strong organizational skills and follow-through
  • Experience with Workday HCM or a similar HRIS
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and SharePoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of discretion when handling confidential employee information
  • Familiarity with I-9 and E-Verify compliance preferred
  • Associate's degree preferred
