Key responsibilities & impact

Managing project budgets
Projecting and tracking resource needs
Identifying variances in scope
Assisting in corrective actions for project margins and customer satisfaction goals
Working with Director, Engineering Team Lead, and design, integration, analytics lead to assess scope of work
Preparing complete estimates for new projects
Tracking proposal status
Providing overall business management support for multiple projects
Gathering fundamental project information and distributing it properly
Setting up new project trackers and managing project timelines and deliverables
Coordinating with Team Leads regarding change orders
Validating customer acceptance of change orders
Maintaining and submitting project EPCO Logs and budget tracking reports

Requirements

What you’ll need

3-5+ years of experience within the construction industry
Bachelor’s degree in (Finance, Construction Management, Engineering) or related field
Proficient in using a computer
Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.);
Oracle experience a plus
Experience and/or knowledge in finance, scheduling, management, engineering preferred
