About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support and accompany cross-departmental issues and projects
Prepare correspondence (e.g., with our partners) and prepare and follow up on legal matters
Comprehensive legal research on specific legal questions and engaging projects
Support our Legal team in negotiations and contract management
Assist in the development of policies, guidelines and processes (e.g., compliance, risk management, etc.)
Draft, review and assess contracts, overviews, presentations, legal opinions and other legal documents in German and English
Act as a point of contact for internal departments and provide initial internal recommendations on legal questions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently enrolled, advanced university studies (minimum 5th semester; ideally 1st State Examination passed) in Business Law, Law, or a related legal field
Ideally some initial experience or internships in a company or a law firm
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and common MS applications
A structured, conscientious and solution-oriented approach to thinking and working
Independence, reliability, initiative, strong commitment and motivation
Interest in handling legal issues and developing solutions in commercial contexts
Fluent, business-level German and English, both written and spoken
