About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support and accompany cross-departmental issues and projects
  • Prepare correspondence (e.g., with our partners) and prepare and follow up on legal matters
  • Comprehensive legal research on specific legal questions and engaging projects
  • Support our Legal team in negotiations and contract management
  • Assist in the development of policies, guidelines and processes (e.g., compliance, risk management, etc.)
  • Draft, review and assess contracts, overviews, presentations, legal opinions and other legal documents in German and English
  • Act as a point of contact for internal departments and provide initial internal recommendations on legal questions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently enrolled, advanced university studies (minimum 5th semester; ideally 1st State Examination passed) in Business Law, Law, or a related legal field
  • Ideally some initial experience or internships in a company or a law firm
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and common MS applications
  • A structured, conscientious and solution-oriented approach to thinking and working
  • Independence, reliability, initiative, strong commitment and motivation
  • Interest in handling legal issues and developing solutions in commercial contexts
  • Fluent, business-level German and English, both written and spoken
