About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support cross-departmental matters and projects
  • Prepare correspondence (e.g., with our partners) and summarize case facts
  • Conduct comprehensive research on specific legal questions and interesting projects
  • Support our Legal Team in negotiations and contract management
  • Contribute to the development of policies, guidelines and processes (e.g., on compliance, risk management, etc.)
  • Draft, review and evaluate contracts, summaries, presentations, opinions, statements and legal documents in German and English
  • Point of contact for internal departments and provide initial internal advice on legal questions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed degree in business law, law or a related legal field, or completed training as a legal assistant/paralegal for attorneys and notaries
  • Ideally first professional experience or internships in a company or a law firm
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and common MS applications
  • A structured, conscientious and solution-oriented approach to thinking and working
  • Independence, reliability, initiative, strong commitment and motivation
  • Interest in handling legal issues and developing solutions in commercial/business contexts
  • Fluent, business-level German and English, both written and spoken
