About the role
- Responsibility for the technical maintenance, upkeep, and readiness of the entire bike pool (event and rental bikes)
- Perform regular maintenance and minor repairs and coordinate major service work with OEM partners
- Document the technical condition of all bikes and manage distribution, returns, and inventory (bikes, accessories, tools)
- Prepare and provide bikes for events, including handing over clear information on bike condition to the event team
- Support coordination of individual events onsite and plan transport, storage, and availability
- Identify and report bottlenecks early to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Completed technical training, ideally as a bicycle mechatronics technician
- Practical know-how in handling high-quality bikes
- Structured, careful, and proactive working approach
- High quality and safety awareness
- Strong communication skills and service orientation
- Team player with flexibility and a hands-on mentality
- Willingness to travel and a valid class B driving license
