About the role
- You advise our German and international customers and sell bicycles, bike parts, spare parts, apparel and cycling accessories
- You record customer orders and handle complaints/returns
- You plan and design the merchandise presentation in the shop
- You hand over new bikes to our customers
- You help shape our cycling community and inspire people to become part of it
Requirements
- Ideally completed vocational training as a retail salesperson, in bicycle technology, or completed training as a bicycle mechanic (Zweiradmechatroniker)
- Looking for a change? Career changers are warmly welcome!
- Enthusiasm for the bike and outdoor industries
- Strong service and customer orientation
- Very good written and spoken German and confident use of MS Office programs
- Knowledge of English is an advantage
