About the role
- You advise our German and international customers and sell bicycles, bike parts, spare parts, clothing and cycling accessories
- You record customer orders and handle complaints
- You plan and set up merchandise presentation in the shop
- You hand over new bikes to our customers
Requirements
- Ideally completed vocational training as a retail salesperson, in bicycle technology, or completed training as a bicycle mechatronics technician
- Looking for a change? Career changers are also warmly welcome!
- Enthusiasm for the bike and outdoor sectors
- Strong service and customer orientation
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken, and confident use of MS Office programs
- Knowledge of English is an advantage
