About the role
- You define the product and model strategy for the drop-bar segment in line with our brand architecture.
- You develop technical specifications for road and gravel bikes and ensure they remain up to date throughout the product lifecycle.
- You create and maintain bills of materials, review prototypes and test new models in real-world riding and everyday use.
- Based on market analyses, you develop pricing structures and ensure margins and availability.
- In close coordination with adjacent teams, you consolidate requirements and leverage synergies in OE (original equipment) procurement.
Requirements
- You have completed commercial training or a business qualification and several years of experience in the bicycle industry.
- Technical understanding, analytical thinking and numerical aptitude characterize you.
- You work in a structured, decisive manner and communicate confidently.
- A passion for road and gravel bikes rounds off your profile.
