About the role
- You sell our high-quality road bikes, mountain bikes, trekking bikes and e-bikes
- You provide detailed advice to our German and international customers
- You prepare quotes and process orders
Requirements
- Passion for cycling
- Strong service and customer orientation
- Completed commercial training, ideally in retail sales, or several years of sales experience
- Good technical understanding, ideally with prior knowledge of bicycle mechanics/technology
- Proficient in MS Office
- Foreign language skills are an advantage
- Excellent written and spoken German
