About the role

  • Contribute to the further development of the brand strategy based on Rose’s company strategy
  • Derive, segment and target relevant audiences across our experience categories
  • Plan and manage the annual action and advertising plan for the Rose brand
  • Develop storytelling for product launches and relaunches, including planning and execution of photo and video productions
  • Brief and collaborate closely with Marketing, channel owners, and internal and external stakeholders
  • Analyze market, competitor and performance metrics and derive concrete measures
  • Actively participate in design-thinking processes to conceptualize new Rose products
  • Continuously develop and maintain the Brand Guidelines (Brand Book & other guides)
  • Ensure consistent, brand-appropriate communication across all channels
  • Provide regular reporting to measure the success of brand activities, including optimization of marketing efficiency

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in brand marketing, ideally in the consumer goods, sports or lifestyle sectors
  • A strong sensibility for brands, target audiences and authentic storytelling
  • Analytical strength and experience working with KPIs, market and competitor analyses
  • Structured, independent way of working and a high level of organizational ability
  • Strong communication skills and a confident presence with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience managing campaigns, agencies and cross-functional teams
  • Enthusiasm for bikes, sports and performance is a strong plus
