About the role
- Responsibility for the technical support, maintenance and operational readiness of the entire bike pool (event & rental bikes)
- Perform regular maintenance and minor repairs as well as coordinate major service work with OEM partners
- Document the technical condition of all bikes and manage issue, return and inventory processes (bikes, accessories, tools)
- Prepare and provision bikes for events, including handing over clear information on bike condition to the event team
- Assist with onsite coordination of individual events and plan transport, storage and availability
- Detect and report shortages early to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Completed technical training, ideally as a bicycle mechatronics technician
- Practical know-how in working with high-end bikes
- Structured, meticulous and proactive working style
- Strong quality and safety awareness
- Excellent communication skills and service orientation
- Team player with flexibility and a hands-on attitude
- Willingness to travel and a valid driving license (Class B)
