About the role
- You advise our German and international customers and sell bicycles, bike parts, spare parts, apparel and cycling accessories
- You record customer orders and handle complaints and warranty claims
- You plan and design product displays in the shop
- You perform basic workshop tasks
- You hand over new bicycles to our customers
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a retail salesperson (Kaufmann/-frau im Einzelhandel), ideally with a focus on bicycle technology, or completed training as a bicycle mechanic (Zweiradmechatroniker/-in)
- Enthusiasm for the bike and outdoor sectors
- Strong service and customer orientation
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken, and confident use of MS Office programs
- Knowledge of English is an advantage
