About the role
- You define the product and model strategy for the drop‑bar segment in line with our brand architecture.
- You develop technical specifications for road and gravel bikes and ensure they remain up to date throughout the product lifecycle.
- You create and maintain bills of materials (BOMs), evaluate prototypes, and test new models in real‑world riding and everyday use.
- Based on market analyses, you develop pricing structures and ensure margins and availability.
- In close coordination with adjacent teams, you consolidate requirements and leverage synergies in OE (original equipment) purchasing.
Requirements
- You have completed commercial vocational training and several years of experience in the bike industry.
- You possess technical understanding, analytical thinking, and a strong affinity for numbers.
- You work in a structured way, are decisive, and communicate confidently.
- A passion for road and gravel bikes rounds out your profile.
