About the role

  • You advise our German and international customers and sell bicycles, bike parts, spare parts, apparel and cycling accessories
  • You record customer orders and handle complaints
  • You plan and design merchandise presentation in the shop
  • You hand over new bicycles to our customers

Requirements

  • Ideally completed vocational training as a retail salesperson, in bicycle technology, or qualified as a two‑wheeler mechatronics technician
  • Looking for a change? Career changers are warmly welcome!
  • Enthusiasm for the bike and outdoor industries
  • Strong service and customer orientation
  • Very good written and spoken German and confident use of MS Office programs
  • Knowledge of English is an advantage
