About the role
- Development, implementation and monitoring of the internationalization strategy for the Netherlands, taking into account local market conditions, consumer behavior and the competitive environment
- Overall management and execution of internationalization projects from strategic planning through support for operational implementation
- Close collaboration with internal departments and external partners
- Support for the marketing team in planning and executing local (online) marketing campaigns, partnerships and events to strengthen brand presence
Requirements
- Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, International Management, Marketing or a comparable qualification
- At least 3 years of professional experience in international project management or a comparable role, ideally in the bicycle, sports or consumer goods industry
- Good knowledge of the Dutch bicycle market
- Strong skills in project coordination, organization and prioritization, and a solution-oriented, pragmatic working style
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Business-fluent German and English; Dutch language skills are an advantage
- Confident handling of legal and regulatory frameworks in the context of international market entry
- High willingness to travel within Europe
- Ability to inspire, motivate and efficiently manage teams digitally and across functions and locations
