About the role

  • You will gain in-depth insight into our service processes
  • Together with your colleagues, you will develop conflict resolution strategies to meet our service levels
  • You will inform German and non-German-speaking customers about their current concerns and processes via our communication channels
  • You will record customer orders and handle customer complaints
  • You will have contact with customers by phone and in writing
  • You will take responsibility for each individual process
  • You will participate in internal and external training

Requirements

  • Enjoyment and enthusiasm for the bike and outdoor industries
  • Resilience, team orientation, and the ability to work independently
  • Strong service and customer orientation
  • Excellent written and spoken German
  • Good written and spoken Dutch
  • Confident user of MS Office applications
  • Completed commercial vocational training or several years of relevant professional experience
