About the role
- You will gain in-depth insight into our service processes
- Together with your colleagues, you will develop conflict resolution strategies to meet our service levels
- You will inform German and non-German-speaking customers about their current concerns and processes via our communication channels
- You will record customer orders and handle customer complaints
- You will have contact with customers by phone and in writing
- You will take responsibility for each individual process
- You will participate in internal and external training
Requirements
- Enjoyment and enthusiasm for the bike and outdoor industries
- Resilience, team orientation, and the ability to work independently
- Strong service and customer orientation
- Excellent written and spoken German
- Good written and spoken Dutch
- Confident user of MS Office applications
- Completed commercial vocational training or several years of relevant professional experience
