Account Manager

• Achieve sales/variable margin targets for the assigned territory or segment by maintaining existing relationships with our customers and distributors
• Prospect and pursue business development opportunities
• Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and Roquette
• Develop growth tactics within the territory
• Conduct interactions with customers and distributors
• Lead the negotiation process, from the initial offer to contracts and pricing
• Build the sales pipeline and drive growth of the account portfolio
• Compile market intelligence to support territorial strategy development and identify opportunities to expand our solutions
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators for account management and growth initiatives
• Manage business opportunities in cooperation with technical and marketing team members
• Contribute to updating sales forecasts
• Understand market trends and report the voice of the customer to provide actionable input for internal commercial and marketing strategy
