About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- To provide high quality healthcare through the provision of medical nutrition therapy in a variety of settings to meet the needs of patients, their families and other healthcare professionals.
- To serve our bariatric surgical and metabolic weight loss patients, through nutritional education and dietary counseling as an important member of our multidisciplinary bariatric and metabolic services team.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- Completion of an ADA approved Dietetic Internship Program.
- Previous experience working with a multidisciplinary bariatric surgical program is strongly encouraged.
- Must be credentialed as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and must have active SC Licensed Registered Dietician (SC LLR).
