About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous customer service, call center, or remote support experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
  • Must reside in the U.S. and be legally eligible to work
  • Computer with Windows 10 or 11, reliable internet, USB headset, and a quiet workspace
  • Must be comfortable completing unpaid client certification programs (typically 2–4 weeks)
