About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and develop a team of analysts focused on our strategic partnerships channels
- Translate ambiguous business questions into analytical frameworks, experiments, and models — including forecasting and ROI modeling
- Partner with Business Development, Engineering, and Product to evaluate, onboard, and optimize partner relationships
- Build and maintain scalable dashboards and reporting infrastructure to measure partner performance and economics
- Conduct cohort, funnel, and retention analyses of actuals versus forecasts to diagnose partner effectiveness
- Own testing and measurement frameworks for partner pilots and growth initiatives
- Serve as the analytics “voice of truth” in cross-functional partner strategy discussions
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years in analytics, decision science, or data strategy, with at least 1+ years managing analysts
- Strong experience in SQL, experimentation design (A/B Testing), and applied statistics
- An interest in LLMs and AI-enabled tools preferred
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional leaders with data-driven insights
- Experience with partnership or B2B2C analytics within insurance strongly preferred (but not required)
- Balance of strategic thinking and hands-on analytical execution
- Effective communication and storytelling skills
- Able to frame technical findings in a clear, strategic way for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation habits and a high ownership mindset
- You take initiative and thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
