About the role
- About RoomPriceGenie: Founded in 2017, RoomPriceGenie helps hoteliers set optimal pricing using an algorithm that analyses hotel and market data to recommend pricing strategies.
- Role: Field Marketing Manager for North America acting as strategic partner to the Commercial Director, shaping regional strategy and connecting global campaigns with local needs.
- Responsibilities: Co-develop regional marketing plans; lead and execute North American campaigns; plan, manage, and execute trade shows, partner activations, roadshows, and local events.
- Responsibilities (cont): Own event logistics end-to-end, vendor negotiations, post-event lead management and reporting; align with North American Commercial team to accelerate pipeline; track campaign performance and ROI; support regional marketing budget management.
- Brand & SWAG: Curate branded experiences and ensure regional assets/tools support sales and customer engagement.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in field marketing, B2B SaaS, or hospitality tech—ideally in fast-scaling, international environments.
- Native English speaker with excellent communication skills.
- Currently based in the United States or Canada, with authorisation to work there.
- Experienced in collaborating with sales and GTM teams, and aligning activities with strategic goals.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and proactive with a strong sense of ownership.
- Creative mindset combined with strong executional skills.
- Comfortable working remotely across different cultures and time zones.
- Nice to Have: Additional languages; experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce); familiarity with USA and Canada hospitality associations (e.g., AHLA, HSMAI).
