About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, build, deploy, and operate production AI agents and workflows.
Integrate models and workflows with APIs, databases, and internal systems.
Create evaluation harnesses and test datasets to measure success metrics.
Implement LLMOps foundations: tracing, monitoring, and alerting.
Define autonomy gates and operational runbooks with domain owners.
Improve agents through production feedback and failure analysis.
Build reusable agent components for safe shipping on a shared paved road.
Stay hands-on in code, system design, debugging, and technical decision-making.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong experience building and operating production software systems.
Excellent engineering fundamentals, ideally in Python and/or TypeScript.
Hands-on experience building LLM applications or AI agents.
Practical experience with LLMOps: evaluation, observability/tracing.
Strong understanding of reliability and security in systems.
Experience with AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, and modern AI frameworks is a plus.
Product-minded and comfortable translating operational problems into systems.
Fluent in English and based in the European time zone (UTC+0 to UTC+2).
