About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You are responsible for acquiring new apartments, houses, and other projects across German-speaking Switzerland
- You maintain and expand our contacts, leads, and deals in our CRM
- You generate leads through on-site cold outreach, phone, email, and remote channels
- You manage the acquisition process for new properties from viewing through onboarding into our portfolio
- You maintain relationships with our existing real estate partners
- You are responsible for developing sales strategies and plans
Requirements
What you’ll need- Business-fluent Swiss German and a solid understanding of Swiss culture/mentality
- Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- A strong “sales hunter” mentality with a focus on new acquisitions
- Excellent communication skills and a confident, professional presence
- High degree of personal responsibility, strong execution skills, resilience, and flexibility
- Bonus: Several years of experience selling services and/or working in the real estate industry
- Bonus: University degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field
