Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify and acquire apartments, properties and development projects across German-speaking Switzerland
  • Build and maintain a strong network (owners, property managers, investors)
  • Proactively develop the market through direct approaches and cold outreach
  • Manage the acquisition process from the initial viewing to integration into the portfolio
  • Help shape the company’s growth strategy

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Native Swiss German or fluent; excellent High German and English skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a high degree of self-initiative
  • Strong communication skills and negotiation ability
  • Several years of experience in sales, business development or real estate is a plus
  • University degree preferred
