About the role
- Proactively acquire new clients and source apartments, houses and projects throughout the German-speaking region of Switzerland
- Independently generate leads through cold calling and outreach
- Maintain and expand client relationships in the CRM
- Manage the entire sales cycle: from property viewings to portfolio integration
- Develop and implement sales strategies
Requirements
- Fluent Swiss German as well as very good Standard German and English
- Strong "hunter" mentality with enthusiasm for selling
- Independent, goal-oriented working style
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in sales or the real estate sector is an advantage
- University degree is a plus
