About the role
- Responsible for discovering the pain points that contractors experience when running their businesses and acting as a consultant
- Educate contractors on Roofr products and services and arm them with tools to achieve their business goals
- Connect with leads at various stages of the buying journey
- Qualify and execute on thorough discoveries
- Identify relevant pain points, needs and values
- Conduct demos and utilize training documents to suit each customer’s needs
- Educate leads on all Roofr solutions to ensure they receive the best value for their investment
- Work independently, effectively prioritize and manage time
- Be a champion for all Roofr products and services
- Drive revenue through customer acquisition
- Maintain a clean CRM and updated pipeline at all times
- Collaborate with engineering, partnerships, customer success, operations, and leadership to help build and maintain the product that customers need
Requirements
- 3+ years of inside/outside sales experience
- You’ve sold SaaS technology using demos and related techniques
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding quota
- A hunter mentality, going above and beyond to push high value leads to connect and convert
- A deep understanding of the importance of thorough pipeline management
- Exceptional communication and organization skills
- Coachable and eager to learn demeanor
- Enthusiasm for a fast paced and adaptable work environment
- Experience in CRMs, Aircall, etc
- A thoughtful and effective closing strategy
- Bonus: Experience with outbound sales (Prospecting, connecting, qualifying, closing)
- Bonus: Experience in SaaS, preferably high velocity, lower ARPU subscription sales
- Bonus: Experience working for an early stage, high velocity startup environment
- Bonus: You have construction or roofing sales experience!
