About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and own the Revenue Operations strategy and operating model, with a phased roadmap from foundations to full Rev Ops scope
  • Own HubSpot as the day-to-day system of record, including architecture, automation, workflows, lifecycle, governance, and reporting
  • Shape GTM systems strategy with revenue leadership
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support on capacity planning, lead management, and conversion
  • Build and improve intake and triage processes, publish SLAs, reduce recurring requests, and shift the team toward proactive work
  • Co-own forecasting, reporting, and pipeline hygiene with Sales, Finance, and Data
  • Partner with Finance on compensation operations, quota setting, and territory design
  • Apply AI to reduce operational toil and surface insight with human review and a safety-first posture
  • Hire, mentor, and lead a small Rev Ops team
  • Expand Revenue Operations scope into Marketing and later Customer Support

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy
  • At least 5 years leading teams
  • Experience standing up or fundamentally rebuilding an operations function or capability
  • Comfortable executing hands-on work on a lean team
  • Strong command of CRM and GTM systems, including architecture, automation, and governance at scale
  • Track record partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support on capacity planning, lead management, and conversion
  • Deep experience owning forecasting, pipeline frameworks, revenue predictability, data integrity, and attribution
  • Fluency with revenue and unit economics
  • Experience applying modern AI/LLM tooling to operational work and directing and governing teams that build it
  • Ability to drive from strategy to execution and communicate effectively with frontline representatives and executive stakeholders
  • Nice to have: exposure to online marketplaces or multi-sided platforms; familiarity with HubSpot, Braze, and/or Zendesk; exposure to data warehousing such as Snowflake and modern RevOps tooling
