About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work with product managers, designers, analysts, and engineers to deliver technical solutions for business problems
Design, develop, and maintain scalable, performant, and maintainable features across the stack
Write clean, efficient, documented code for the React Native mobile app and backend services
Participate in technical design discussions and architectural decisions
Contribute through high-quality code, peer reviews, and mentoring early-career engineers
Own feature testing with Jest unit tests and Cypress end-to-end tests
Investigate production issues, improve observability, and support platform reliability
Partner with DevOps and infrastructure teams on deployments, CI/CD workflows, and system performance
Introduce improvements to tools, processes, and technologies

Requirements

What you’ll need

2–4 years of professional experience as a Software Engineer
Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript
Experience working with a growing team and early-stage startup strongly preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Proficiency writing complex and efficient SQL queries
Experience with Node, Express, React, AWS, and relational databases
React Native, Redux, and Next.js experience is a plus
Degree in Computer Science or relevant field preferred
Self-driven, problem-solving, and research-oriented
