About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries through email, LiveChat, and 1-833-Roo Vet
  • Troubleshoot and resolve first-line issues for hospital, veterinarian, and technician users
  • Coordinate escalated issues with regional BD/AMs and other departments
  • Facilitate and help manage potential call outs using existing processes
  • Document rainy-day scenarios and share key learnings with the team
  • Maintain HubSpot records for client communications and customer-support tickets
  • Coordinate with Finance, data, and other departments on rainy-day, shift, and payment reconciliation
  • Generate reports as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of experience in client/customer support
  • Vet technician/animal healthcare industry experience is a plus
  • Proactive, organized, and accurate in internal and external communications
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with customer support tools/software
  • Timely and efficient task accuracy and completion
  • Flexibility and agility, with ability to pivot quickly
  • Drive to improve processes and communications
  • Ability to work early morning and early evening Central Time support hours
  • Availability for weekend rotations
