About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive Power Generation Service Sales Growth in North and Latin America through prospecting, quoting and following up until purchase order receipt on service opportunities
  • Develop distributor partner capabilities including spare parts and engine inventory
  • Monitor and report market conditions to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Generate new Power Generation service product ideas
  • Represent Rolls-Royce Power Systems professionally to all customer levels
  • Work with customers, distributor partners, and cross-functional teams
  • Support spare parts sales and engine inventory needs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate's degree in Engineering or Business Management and 4+ years of applicable experience in support, sales or parts-marketing within after-sales; OR bachelor's degree and 2+ years; OR master's degree; OR PhD; OR 6+ years of applicable after-sales sales or spare parts-marketing experience in lieu of a degree
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • Able to work independently and willing to travel domestically and internationally up to 50% of the time
  • Proven track record improving operational performance through cross-functional teams
  • Ability to present complex information clearly to senior stakeholders and customers
  • Strong organizational and follow-up discipline
  • Hands-on CRM experience, such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce or similar platforms
  • Working knowledge of Rolls-Royce Power Systems organization, products, policies and procedures
  • Power Systems and/or mtu knowledge
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
