About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Supporting the President of Defence with input and content for senior engagements, including Customer meetings, Rolls-Royce Board or Executive Team meetings, and high profile events
  • Liaise with the Defence Leadership Team to lead the creation of content for Rolls-Royce Business Reviews
  • Ensure that prep material for the President and Defence Leadership Team is accurate and professional
  • Develop the agenda and content for Defence Leadership Group monthly meetings and annual conferences
  • Set the standard for quality presentations and papers for both internal and external use

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate degree and 7+ years of experience in business, project management or communications, OR Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in business, project management or communications, OR Master's degree with 3+ years of experience in business, project management or communications, OR JD/PhD, OR 9+ years of experience in business, project management or communications in lieu of a degree
  • 5+ years of experience in the Defense business (preferred)
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
