About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide local technical support in respect of the operation and maintenance for customer engines
Ensure prompt resolution of technical issues thus minimizing operational disruption
Resolve customer technical Issues in line with contractual requirements and provide support to help maintain customer satisfaction/complaint targets and delivery
Input engine events and data highlighting to the wider organisation
Manage the “in service” customer relationships across various levels within the Customer, OEM and Supplier organisations
Monitor and input fleet data to liaise with the customer community

Requirements

What you’ll need

Be technically competent to at least HND level or having equivalent relevant experience
Have experience of aircraft propulsion system and maintenance at ML1 / ML2
Have knowledge of Regulatory Requirements (Military and/or Civil)
Have experience of dealing in a customer facing environment
Have the capability to be Responsive, Flexible and Agile in your work
