About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Managing contracts, customer master data, and compliance processes across North and Latin America
Acting as a coordinator between legal, contract management, and global customer data teams
Ensuring accurate documentation, process adherence, and alignment with company policies
Maintaining the internal contract database
Updating and maintaining customer master data in SAP
Supporting distributor network initiatives and cross-functional projects
Ensuring contractual documents are communicated and retained as required
Creating and developing local work instructions
Engaging in strategic campaigns and initiatives to manage Distributor Network in North and Latin America
Preparing presentations for Senior Leadership
Supporting and executing project work assigned to the Network & Distribution Team
Maintaining professional relationships with company employees, clients, and customers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S without sponsorship
Bachelor's degree in Business or Sales
3 years of experience in supply chain, distribution management, project management, service operations; or 7 years of experience in related fields
Strong knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
Previous experience using analytical, organizational, and administrative skills to identify and solve problems
Previous experience in Project Management fields
