About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide efficiency to the President/CEO and Leadership team by organizing and executing Defense governance
Support the DLT’s implementation and execution of governance
Implement standard diaries
Lead/support special projects aligned to Defense’s objectives
Support Business Reviews and VIP visits
Develop executive level quality presentations and papers for senior leadership
Contribute to optimizing the flow of information and decision making
Serve as a back-up to the President of Defense/CEO of RRNA’s Chief of Staff and executive assistant as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associate degree and 7+ years of experience in business, project management or communications
Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in business, project management or communications
Master's degree with 3+ years of experience in business, project management or communications
JD/PhD
9+ years of experience in business, project management or communications in lieu of a degree
Must be a U.S. Citizen
5+ years of experience in the Defense business (preferred)
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
