Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and maintain a strategic partnership with Trade Union and employee representatives
- Foster constructive dialogue and collaboration
- Provide business-focused, pragmatic workplace practice solutions
- Maintain awareness of employee relations good practices
- Provide specialist advice on complex change activities
- Advise and support statutory consultation relationships
- Work closely with Senior leaders across the UK
- Lead collective negotiations and consultations
- Act as a specialist centre of employee relations excellence
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong relationship and influencing skills
- Ability to provide support on multiple change activities
- Strong experience of operating on the front line of trade union relations
- Relationship building, consultative and advisory skills
- Strong background in employment law
- Pragmatic approach to decision-making
- Proven ability in holding difficult conversations
