  • Drive Power Generation Service Sales Growth in North and Latin America through prospecting, quoting and following up until purchase order receipt on service opportunities
  • Develop distributor partner capabilities including spare parts and engine inventory
  • Monitor and report market conditions to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Generate new Power Generation service product ideas
  • Represent Rolls-Royce Power Systems professionally to all customer levels

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associates degree in Engineering or Business Management, and 4 years of applicable experience in support, sales or parts-marketing within after-sales
  • OR Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Management and 2 years of applicable experience in support, sales or parts-marketing within after-sales
  • OR Master’s degree in Engineering or Business Management
  • OR PhD in Engineering or Business Management
  • OR In lieu of a degree, 6 years of applicable experience in sales or spare parts-marketing within after-sales
  • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S without sponsorship.
  • Self-starter, able to work independently and willing to travel domestically and internationally up to 50% of the time
  • Proven track record improving operational performance in favorable and challenging conditions through cross-functional teams to drive results
  • Ability to present complex information clearly to senior stakeholders and customers, with strong organizational and follow-up discipline
  • Hands-on CRM experience, such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce or similar platforms
  • Working knowledge of Rolls-Royce Power Systems organization, products, policies and procedures
