Support the sales team by managing customer inquiries
Coordinate sales processes and ensure smooth communication
Serve as a primary point of contact for service customers
Manage inquiries related to spare parts orders and service agreements
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field
3 years of experience in pricing, sales coordination, or order management, or
7 years of equivalent spare parts pricing or sales operations experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong analytical & problem-solving abilities
Hands-on experience in ERP systems (SAP preferred)
Strong organizational, planning & follow-up skills
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
Strong interpersonal skills
Self-starter & ability to work independently
Excellent oral, written communication & presentation skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, pivot tables, and reporting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working in a matrix organization and in an international context
