Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and implement a strategic business plan to target commercial and industrial clients.
Focus on acquiring new business, targeting property managers, commercial building owners, facility managers, and contractors.
Regularly visit local commercial properties, networking within the community to identify potential new projects.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and business networking groups to build relationships and create new opportunities.
Stay updated on Rolling Suds’ power washing services and competitor offerings.
Provide tailored cleaning solutions that meet unique client needs.
Maintain the highest standard of personal ethics and comply with all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience in cold calling and business development.
Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
Ability to lift and carry sales materials and equipment (up to 50 pounds).
Experience in Outside Sales, ideally in the B2B service industry is preferred.
Experience in facility management or property services is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
