About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and implement a strategic business plan to target commercial and industrial clients
- Focus on acquiring new business, targeting property managers, commercial building owners, facility managers, and contractors
- Regularly visit local commercial properties and network within the community
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and business networking groups
- Stay updated on Rolling Suds’ power washing services and offerings of competitors
- Provide tailored cleaning solutions that meet the unique needs of each client
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in cold calling and business development
- Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift and carry sales materials and equipment (up to 50 pounds)
- Experience in Outside Sales, ideally in the B2B service industry is preferred
- Experience in facility management or property services is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
