About the role

  • Drafting pleadings and submissions for administrative and judicial proceedings;
  • Analysis of tax assessments, case files, and court decisions;
  • Monitoring publications, updating case-management systems, tracking deadlines, and proposing strategies;
  • Participation in client meetings;

Requirements

  • Experience in Tax Litigation;
  • Postgraduate degree completed or in progress in Tax Law or related fields is a plus;
  • Experience with judicial and administrative proceedings;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case-management systems;
  • English proficiency desirable.
