💰 $70,000 - $95,000 per year

About the role

  • Manage direct account business with tail customers (100% time/~100 customers)
  • Direct account management with a focus on Food Manufacturers and Producers
  • Maintain strict adherence and metrics
  • Conduct outbound new customer prospecting calls daily (5-10 calls)
  • Facilitate business review processes with current customers
  • Support existing business and pursue new placement opportunities with the goal of creating incremental growth

Requirements

  • 5+ years of prior account/sales management experience
  • 5+ years of experience in industrial, food, or ingredient sales, preferably in a quota carrying role
  • Ability to perform consistent outbound prospecting and new business development
  • Background working with Food Manufacturers, Producers, Branded Manufacturers, Co Packers, Meal Kits, or Commissaries
  • Proficiency using CRM tools, sales activity logging, and business intelligence/reporting tools
  • Ability to travel up to 25% required
