• Lead cross-functional integration projects from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, budget, and timelines.
• Develop and manage project plans, including milestones, resources, budgets and stakeholder communication strategies.
• Track and report project progress using defined KPIs and dashboards for internal and client stakeholders.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies proactively and drive continuous improvement.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure deliverables meet business and technical standards.
• Serve as the key liaison between clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Translate business requirements into structured technical deliverables with integration consultants and architects.
• Collaborate with account and sales teams to align delivery with commercial and client satisfaction objectives.
• Promote continuous improvement across project delivery and integration methodologies.
• Contribute to various internal projects to improve and maintain the portfolio framework.
