About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prepare and review commercial proposals;
- Register, update, and maintain information in the CRM, ensuring data accuracy and tracking the sales funnel;
- Send follow-ups to clients and prospects, maintaining close relationships and helping advance sales opportunities;
- Share company materials, presentations, case studies, and relevant content according to the stage of the sales journey;
- Schedule meetings between clients, prospects, and the sales team, coordinating calendars and ensuring required logistics;
- Support the preparation of presentations, documents, and other materials used in negotiations;
- Monitor deadlines, outstanding items, and administrative tasks related to the sales process;
- Provide support for day-to-day activities in the department, contributing to organization, operational efficiency, and the team's achievement of targets;
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure prompt execution of commercial requests and a positive client experience.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Knowledge of CRM systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with multiple tasks and priorities
