About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform tax calculations for direct and indirect taxes;
Calculate taxes such as ISS; ICMS; PIS and COFINS (cumulative and non-cumulative);
Manage tax withholdings (IRRF, CSRF, INSS and related withholdings);
Submit and validate tax reporting obligations: SPED Fiscal (EFD ICMS/IPI);
EFD Contribuições; DCTF and DCTFWeb; REINF;
Generate tax payment slips (payment guides);
Configure tax settings in SAP Business One;
Validate incoming and outgoing invoices;
Verify tax calculations and applied tax treatments;
Identify and correct tax rejections and inconsistencies;
Support audits and tax inspections;
Respond to notices and requests from tax authorities;
Gather and organize tax documentation;
Support external audits and tax compliance processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Accounting;
Experience working as a Tax Analyst;
Experience with tax calculations and tax reporting obligations;
Required knowledge of SAP Business One, especially tax configuration/parameterization;
Knowledge of tax legislation and fiscal procedures;
Intermediate Excel skills.
