About the role
- Lead the performance marketing strategy with a focus on predictable demand generation
- Define and execute the performance marketing strategy (paid media, inbound, digital outbound, SEO, CRO, etc.)
- Ensure consistent and growing generation of qualified leads for all business areas
- Manage and optimize digital channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, etc.) with a focus on ROI
- Structure and evolve the acquisition funnel (top, middle, and bottom of funnel) with a conversion-focused approach
- Implement and scale the use of AI in campaigns, targeting, personalization, and automation
- Monitor and optimize key metrics (CAC, CPL, ROI, LTV, conversion, pipeline generated)
- Work closely with sales to ensure lead quality and conversion into revenue
- Continuously test new channels, strategies, and growth approaches
Requirements
- Solid experience in performance marketing and demand generation
- Strong command of paid media and digital channels
- Experience managing the funnel and acquisition metrics
- Experience with automation tools and CRM (e.g., HubSpot)
- Hands-on experience applying AI to marketing
- Analytical skills and data-driven decision making
- Experience leading teams
